We will participate in the following ways: Duck out of Work Early Employees can duck out of work early on by adopting 4 racing ducks for the Mighty Rubber Ducky Derby. Jeans Day Employees can wear jeans on casual Friday on by adopting 4 racing ducks for the Mighty Rubber Ducky Derby. Duck Adoption Team Our volunteer team will form a Duck Adoption Team to sell duck adoptions for the Mighty Rubber Ducky Derby. Employees will promote adoption papers, forward email announcements, set up sales booths, etc. with friends and associates to encourage duck adoptions from August 1 through October 1.
